Greg Warburton won the Australia Day Premier’s Australia Day Community Citizenship Award, presented by the Shire of Toodyay in Duidgee Park, Toodyay, on a sizzling hot day. The other nominees in that category were Roz Davidson, Adele Luke, Kim Angus, Stephen Ferguson and Robyn Taylor (Toodyay Historical Society President). Sue Eldridge won the award for people older than 65. The Toodyay District High School Parents and Citizens Association won the community or event award.
