This Day in History: 2011-09-25

2011 September 25-October 2: The Toodyay Historical Society presented an exhibition in the Toodyay Memorial Hall, entitled ‘Toodyay Pictures, 175 Years’, curated by Society Archivist Jenny Edgecombe and the Pictures Sub-Committee, for the Toodyay 175^th Anniversary celebrations. Shire President Kevin Hogg opened the exhibition, featuring photographs and films, at a gala reception on 25 September. Sub-Committee members were Jenny Edgecombe (Curator), Desrae and Wayne Clarke, Alison Cromb, Milton and Faye Baxter, Lee Francis, Beth Frayne, Lois and Len Leeder, Kaye Nielsen, Kathy and Peter Robinson,  Brian Shepherd, Robyn Taylor.
