The Toodyay Op Shop held a final clearance sale at the Toodyay Op Shop Survivor Centre in the Toodyay Showgrounds. The Centre was the holding place for donated materials for the 2009 Toodyay Bushfire survivors. After the sale, with all proceeds going to the December Bushfire Appeal, the Centre closed down.
