Ida Edwards and Nathan Welborn were awarded the 2007 Senior and Junior Toodyay Citizen of the Year Awards, respectively, at an event held in the Toodyay Showgrounds on Australia Day. The Toodyay Theatre Company was declared the 2007 Toodyay Community Group of the Year.
