On Australia Day in Duidgee Park, Dave King and Rhys Vallance were awarded the 2004 Senior and Junior Toodyay Citizen of the Year Awards, respectively. The Cat Appeal Toodyay was declared the 2004 Toodyay Community Group of the Year.
