Jim Bavin and Alison Johnson were awarded the 2003 Senior and Junior Toodyay Citizen of the Year Awards, respectively. The event was held in Duidgee Park on Australia Day. The Toodyay RSL Sub-Branch was declared the 2003 Toodyay Community Group of the Year.
