Stop Press. “At 8am on Monday November 29, 1999, the lease agreement between the Shire of Toodyay (owners of the former bank building) and Toodyay Financial Services (the local Incorporated body taking the franchise from the Bank of Bendigo) was signed. The lease is for a 5yrs x 5yrs x 5 yrs term”.
