This Day in History: 1997-10-12

The Toodyay Race Club (Inc.) resumed horse racing after a seven year break, with the inaugural WA Home Loans Picnic Races held at the Toodyay Racecouree, off Racecourse Road. The Club President was Leon Bradley.
