By February, the Toodyay Youth Club had been formed, run by a Youth Committee on a weekly basis, under the umbrella of the Toodyay Community Resource Group. The Toodyay Shire Council gave permission for the Group to meet at 2 Duke Street, Toodyay, for a trial of three months.
