This Day in History: 1994-05-23
Students moved into new primary school classrooms at the Toodyay District High School, School Road, on the first anniversary of the school fire. The reconstruction was overseen by a locally established building committee. The contractors were Universal Constructions Pty. Ltd. The Toodyay District High School Parents and Citizens Association’s P & C Fundraising Committee had raised a total of $186,000 to equip the school.
