This Day in History: 1993-11-27

An evening Town Party was held in the Toodyay Showgrounds by the parents, teachers and students of the Toodyay District High School to thank the community for its support since the 23 May 1993 school fire, and a wind-up of the Fire Appeal fund raising and an end of school wind up. On offer was food, cool drinks, games for the kids, a live band and a casino in the School Pavilion.
