This Day in History: 1990-06-01

1990 June: The Toodyay District High School and the Toodyay Land Conservation District Committee received a grant of $5,650 from Greening Australia to establish a plant nursery at the school. The project’s aim was to propagate 10,000 seedlings to support the Toodyay LCDC revegetation programmes. Teacher Terry Martino was the co-ordinator.
