This Day in History: 1988-09-22

A Day in the Life of …’ musical spectacular was presented by the Toodyay Rougher Theatre, as a curtain raiser for the 18th WA Folk Festival. Written and produced by singer-songwriter and Artist in Residence, Roger Montgomery, the work was a vignette on local ex-convict Moondyne Joe (Joseph Bolitho Johns), presented by Toodyay District High School students with the assistance of many sponsors.
