This Day in History: 1986-05-08

The Toodyay Race Club held a special 150^th Birthday Cup race meeting at the Toodyay Racecourse, off Racecourse Road. The $10,000 cup was won by Goldberg, ridden by apprentice Tim Stubberfield. TRC Committee and staff wore pioneer costume. Ron and Rita Waters provided a display of family memorabilia.
