This Day in History: 1984-11-04

More than 30 members of the Wheatlands Chapter of Museums Australia WA held its meeting in the Toodyay Public Library, Stirling Terrace.  Cr. Joseph C. (Mac) Wroth officially welcomed the guests. Museum Curator Jenny Allen gave a talk on the Old Gaol Museum. Librarian David Pitcher spoke on the methods of cataloguing and storing the Museum’s photographic collection. A tour of the Old Gaol Museum in Clinton Street followed, inspecting recent renovations and hearing a new audio presentation of a courtroom scene.
