It was reported that Year 7 students at the Toodyay District High School had sealed a time capsule that was to be concealed under a plaque near the site of the almost completed new administration building. The capsule contained a current newspaper, a one dollar note, samples of school work from various classes, photographs of the Year 7 students and their predictions for the year 2000. Year 7 students were directed to open the capsule on 13 April 2000. But did this happen?
