This Day in History: 1982-02-24

The Toodyay Society held its first meeting in its new headquarters in the ‘Old Doctor’s Surgery’ (formerly William A. Demasson’s house and shop, and now part of a veterinary practice), at 100A Stirling Terrace, Toodyay. Members viewed signs made by member Bill Gordon for the new premises and for the Nardie Cemetery off Nardie Drive. Bill’s Nardie Cemetery sign had been installed by the following July.
