This Day in History: 1976-07-07
Native trees and shrubs were planted outside the Toodyay Railway Station by Toodyay District High School students and the Shire of Toodyay for Arbor Day, as part of the Toodyay Tidy Towns competition. The four large pieces of Toodyay stone installed in the lawn area were donated by Shire President Ian Vincent Murray.
