This Day in History: 1969-09-15
Local sign writer Ken Howie and handyman Bob Robinson had completed renovations to the Toodyay War Memorial. Ken had touched up all the gold lettering and Bob had tuck pointed all the worn brickwork. Poles were in place in readiness for the installation of flood lighting to the obelisk.
