The Toodyay Shire Council agreed that the Old Gaol Committee should be convened as soon as possible to co-ordinate exhibits and presentations. J.C. (Mac) Wroth had donated half a block of land next to the Old Gaol Museum to assist in the landscaping being undertaken by John Oldham.
