Certificates of service were presented to the Chairman of the Toodyay Road Board, Horace Charles Wood, and Messrs. Otto Herbert Martin and Edward Ludemann, who had served 21, 15 and 20 years, respectively, as Members. Messrs. Martin and Ludemann did not seek re-election in 1946. The presentation was made by the Deputy-Chairman of the Board Preston M. Hamersley.
