This Day in History: 1937-09-24

St. Stephen’s Anglican Church vicar the Rev. Frederick George OHalloran, Mrs. O’Halloran and Miss Pat O’Halloran were farewelled by the Toodyay community at a function in the Town Hall. Rev. O’Halloran had been transferred to Belmont (Carlisle), having served Toodyay since 1929. The Rev. Frederick R. Burt of Wembley was his replacement.
