The Toodyay Branch of the Primary Producers’ Association of Western Australia was reformed after a meeting of local farmers who had gathered in the Town Hall to hear the general secretary of the Association H. J. Prater speak on the activities of his Association covering mortgage banking, fat lamb export, overseas shipping freights, transport and Federal elections.
