This Day in History: 1934-11-13

The Nunyle Branch of the Country Women’s Association of Western Australia held its first rally in the Nunyle Agricultural Hall. Eighty members and friends attended, from Bolgart, Jennacubbine, Toodyay, Northam and Beverley Branches. Mary Adamson (Western Division President) and Mrs. Wilding (CWA council member) were guests of honour and were presented with bouquets of roses. Mrs. G.J. Parkins was the President of the Nunyle Branch.
