This Day in History: 1934-03-04

A storm in Toodyay caused much damage in the town and district. Ferguson’s garage was completely demolished. The billiard room and a small outbuilding at the Victoria Hotel were unroofed. The verandah at the Key Farm guesthouse was blown off, as was the roof of the big shearing shed at the Wicklow Hills farm.
