This Day in History: 1933-11-11
The Toodyay Branch of the Country Women’s Association erected a rose arch and two climbing roses at the entrance to the Toodyay Memorial Park and, at the service on Armistice Day, Mrs. Pollitt, the President, officially handed it over to the Toodyay Sub-branch of the Returned Soldiers’ League.
