This Day in History: 1929-12-10
The recently formed Toodyay Branch of the Australian Red Cross Society was officially opened by Ignatius George Boyle, Chairman of the Toodyay Road Board. The following officers were elected: President, Mrs. T. Forrester Christie; vice-president, Mrs. R. Paull; secretary and treasurer, Mrs. R.L. Jack.
