This Day in History: 1929-11-27

The small Nunyle Agricultural Hall (built 1904) was fit to burst because of the large number of people that attended its Silver Jubilee Dance. Steven’s Orchestra supplied the music for the dancing, and the evening was very successful, over £16 being taken at the door.
