“National Pictures,—On Saturday last, there was a large attendance at the National pictures, in the Town Hall. A splendid programme with the star picture “Parentage” was exceptionally well screened and the current for the cinemagraph machine was used from the Electric Light Station for the first time. The admission prices were reduced from 2/- to 1/6 plus tax for adults, and from 1/- to 9d plus tax for children.”
