This Day in History: 1908-11-02

Abraham James Jnr. became the last Town Clerk of the Newcastle and later the Toodyay Municipal Council, on the resignation of Charles Maxwell Lukin. James held this position until the Toodyay Municipal Council was formally dissolved on 5 January 1912.
