This Day in History: 1908-10-10

It was reported that the Oddfellows’ Hall on New Road, Newcastle, had been sold by the Toodyay Oddfellows’ Lodge (M.U.I.O.O.F., Loyal Toodyay Lodge, 6211, Newcastle) to Guildford businessman William Padbury, to be converted into a store by builder James Meredith.
