This Day in History: 1904-07-02

The Toodyay Road Board originally resolved the previous May that the Toodyay Road District would be divided into four Wards, three with two Members and one with one Member. A later report in July advocated the creation of three Wards with three Members each, which was accepted at the Board meeting, with the extra two Members required being elected at the end of the year.
