This Day in History: 1904-04-22

Timothy Francis Quinlan, MLA for the Toodyay district, and Cornthwaite Hector Rason, the new Colonial Treasurer, attended a reception at the Oddfellows’ Hall, Newcastle. Deputations were met presenting requests regarding the railway extension of the Clackline-Newcastle Railway, and also on Newcastle municipal wants.
