This Day in History: 1902-03-01
1902 March: The new bridge was completed over the Avon River at Sinclair’s Crossing, Dumbarton. Construction had commenced last June by Joseph McDowell but the bridge was completed by the Public Works Dept., and then handed over to the Toodyay Road Board.
