This Day in History: 1900-11-01

1900 November: A million gallon water supply reservoir had been completed, having been excavated on the hill (Mt. Pelham) above the town of Newcastle by contractors Lewis and Reid, who were also constructing the Avon Bridge in Northam, at the time.
