This Day in History: 1898-07-08
The new Oddfellows’ Hall of the Toodyay Oddfellows’ Lodge (M.U.I.O.O.F., Loyal Toodyay Lodge, 6211, Newcastle) was dedicated by W.E. Wray, the Provincial Corresponding Secretary of the Western Australian District, assisted by Bishop Charles Owen Leaver Riley, Anglican Bishop of Perth, on the Lodge’s 22nd Anniversary. This building now houses the Christmas 360 shop on Stirling Terrace.
