This Day in History: 1893-11-25

Reilly and Reilly commenced publishing the Central districts advertiser and agriculture and mining journal newspaper in Northam. The newspaper included Newcastle and Toodyay district news. Joseph Thomas Reilly was the Editor and one of the proprietors. Joseph Ablett Wroth was the local agent. The name of the newspaper changed to the Northam advertiser on 1 June 1895.
